Hey I sucked this last month. Sorry.



Game Master (GM) Duties:
Maintain a GM post rate at a minimum of one adventure post per week.
Have the IM contact info of each player in their group.
Notify all players in the group via IM or PM of new GM posts, and other important updates.
Maintain your adventure notes in the GM's Cabal. (Gist: If a random GM can't pick up and run the adventure from your notes, the notes are unsatisfactory.)
Be available for IM chat at least one day a week.
Coordinate with the AGM regarding expected adventure dates & time-frames.
Consult with AGM regarding XP awards.
Directly notify AGM via PM of any expected absences in addition to the Account Status Tracker.

Rewards:
GMs will be rated according to merit by their players every quadrimester.
Rating will be done by players on the following schedule:
Quad 1: June 1st
Quad 2: October 1st
Quad 3: February 1st

Each GM is responsible for creating their rating poll on the above schedule.
Players are responsible for rating the GMs within a week of the poll being posted, and posting notice that they have voted (in the same thread.) Ratings will be conducted via poll and averaged to the nearest whole number.

MGP will be awarded as follows:
10: You have earned 7 PP.
9: You have earned 6 PP.
8: You have earned 5 PP.
7: You have earned 4 PP.
4-6: You have earned only 2 PP, also, you're on probation.
1-3: Your position is now vacant.

This poll will close automatically on June 10th.

The posts halted because of real life which is a minor inconvenience, but your real life situation is leagues of importance beyond my nerd power fantasy not being able to cast fireball.
Some of the above criteria don't count as you do not have an AGM so when the going gets tough, there's no one to ask for assistance.

No, this is not a perfect 10, but this is the type of scenario this rating system is built for. If you just decided to post once every 4 weeks just cause you didn't care, that'd be a 1-3 type of situation. But you are undergoing some stressful stuff and still finding time to check back in with us.

Keep your head up and we'll be here when you get back.

I understand the IRL hiccups and things preventing your posting. You've kept us informed of these to the best of your ability and I am thankful for that. You've been open about everything.

Your story lines are interesting and well thought out. However I do find that you can go a little too far with some things. It is my opinion that you may have been too heavy handed with you foreshadowing leading to the group to purse a thread you didnt seem ready for.

Overall you're doing fine. And I'm looking forward to the resolution of both storylines when you return.

I love having you as a GM and don't mind the post rate since that's all IRL stuff.

The experiments with AI generated posts were a bit disconcerting since they badly mischaracterized the people and interactions happening, which (from experience) can be a big problem when people start looking at the paper trail of where items came from.

Also, there were a couple instances where it looked like there was an idea of how a particular interaction would take place and then going all-in in a way that wouldn't make sense from in-world logic in order to make that outcome happen.

I'll also add that you're one of the most responsive GMs I've seen in terms of actually addressing long-standing problems like "how do you get a house?"
