Game Master (GM) Duties:
Maintain a GM post rate at a minimum of one adventure post per week.
Have the IM contact info of each player in their group.
Notify all players in the group via IM or PM of new GM posts, and other important updates.
Maintain your adventure notes in the GM's Cabal. (Gist: If a random GM can't pick up and run the adventure from your notes, the notes are unsatisfactory.)
Be available for IM chat at least one day a week.
Coordinate with the AGM regarding expected adventure dates & time-frames.
Consult with AGM regarding XP awards.
Directly notify AGM via PM of any expected absences in addition to the Account Status Tracker.

Rewards:
GMs will be rated according to merit by their players every quadrimester.
Rating will be done by players on the following schedule:
Quad 1: June 1st
Quad 2: October 1st
Quad 3: February 1st

Each GM is responsible for creating their rating poll on the above schedule.
Players are responsible for rating the GMs within a week of the poll being posted, and posting notice that they have voted (in the same thread.) Ratings will be conducted via poll and averaged to the nearest whole number.

MGP will be awarded as follows:
10: You have earned 7 PP.
9: You have earned 6 PP.
8: You have earned 5 PP.
7: You have earned 4 PP.
4-6: You have earned only 2 PP, also, you're on probation.
1-3: Your position is now vacant.

This poll will close automatically on October 9th.

Quad after Quad Mad Dawg has proven himself to be an exceptional game master in our superhero campaign. His creativity in crafting engaging storylines and unique encounters has kept us all on the edge of our seats. I enjoy the balance of action, drama, and humor, making each session a memorable experience.

Mad Dawg's patience and willingness to accommodate us maniacs is truly commendable. He's always open to a chat and ensures that everyone feels invested in the game world.

The current storyline has been fun. In future I think it might be fun to introduce a high-stakes chase sequence to keep things exciting. I volunteer Edison to do the driving. At night. In a tunnel. Maybe some exploding aerial drones? I mean the guy doesn't look like he's under enough stress. Oh, and Barricade seriously needs a chance to bang some power chord on his guitar, and get some groupies. They'll probably turn out to be moon worshiping lunatics, but still groupies all the same.

In the end I like strawberries better than apricots or mangoes, and wasn't about to go down as far as raspberries (even though I do love me some raspberry jelly). Dawg has done a great job, as always.

Voted. No comments or issues come to mind.

Current Adaption
- does not suffer from dehydration, heat blisters, sunstroke, fatigue, or discomfort usually associated with extreme heat and sun exposure.
- temperatures up to 1 60 degrees Fahrenheit have no ill effect (feels like a warm Spring day)
- only needs the equivalent of two glasses of water (roughly 1 6 ounces) per 24 hours to function at 1 00%
- Even exposure to temperatures up to 200 degrees inflicts only 20% of its normal damage and penalties.

-APS Merury: An attacker must roll a 16 or higher to strike and inflict damage. All kinetic attacks (punches, bullets, etc. ) that inflict damage (from a roll to a strike of 16 or higher) only do half the damage!
Explosions do only 10% of their normal damage, but any explosive damage greater than 50 points will blow the character apart. However, the super being can reform within 1D6 melee rounds (in under two minutes).

- The skin has a Natural A.R. of 14. An opponent's roll to strike must be 15 or higher to inflict damage. Rolls under 14 may hit but do NO damage.

- Heals at a rate of 1d4 Hit Points or S.D.C. per minute 2d4x10 H.P. or S.D.C. per hour for serious injury (heavy trauma, like the character losing all his S.D.C. and/or half or more of his Hit Points Equal to a doctor's surgical skill of 75%

- Heals twice as quickly as an ordinary human

- if the character fails to save, any disease, illness, poison, toxin, or Bio- Manipulation is at half its normal strength, damage, effect, and duration.
Penalties: These bonuses also apply to saves against good lifesaving chemicals and drugs.

-Hypnotic Mental Conditioning
Impervious to possession.
